Cooperation Agreement with JAIST

Educational and Academic Exchange Agreement Signing Ceremony with Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST)

 

Signing ceremony with JAIST was held at Hokuriku University on the 14th of March 2016.

 

Chairman of the Board and President of Hokuriku University Tsutomu Ogura mentioned during the ceremony that this agreement with JAIST is the first time for Hokuriku University to sign an exchange agreement with a national university which will give students, faculty and staff increased opportunities to access high level academic and research work.

 

The president of JAIST, Tetsuo Asano mentioned that their main focus until now was working with institutes overseas but the need to work more closely with local industries and educational institutes is required.
