Winter Course for International Students

  Hokuriku University welcomed 20 students from partner universities in Korea, Thailand, Indonesia and China on the 17th of February.

  The students will be studying various subjects such as Japanese language, culture and tourism of Kanazawa, Japanese corporations, environmental issues, Japanese education, Nihonjinron during the morning and participate in various cultural activities in the afternoons such as Gold Leaf Craft, making wagashi sweets, Judo, visiting a sake brewery and ikebana flower arrangement. A field trip to Yamanaka Hot Springs, Kyoto and Osaka will finish off this 10-day program before students return home.
